Your place of business, your equipment and contents can from time to time be damaged by events beyond your control like fire, water damage, explosions or any natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods or landslides.

When this happens, our material damage protection will pay you for your losses up to a maximum of TZS 5,000,000 in any one year.

All you need to do is notify us by using your mobile phone and follow the simple steps including sending a picture of the damages, proof of ownership and the claim amount.

If everything is in order, we can pay for your losses within a period of 3 days directly to your mobile wallet.
